SHANSEN.
Silicone Bakeware Factory

Silicone Bakeware Manufacturer — 45 Moulds, MOQ 1 Piece

Shansen Bakeware presses food-grade silicone moulds — cake moulds, muffin trays and spatulas — in its own Yongkang plant in Zhejiang, China, with no trading company in between. Material is FDA 21 CFR compliant and LFGB-ready. MOQ starts at 1 piece, so you can sample a single unit, reorder by the carton, and switch to your own colour and packaging once the line sells.

45 Silicone Moulds, One Page Each

Real factory photos, real cavity counts, real carton packs. Cake and bread moulds, muffin trays, donut and rose moulds, alphabet and novelty shapes, ice and popsicle trays. Mix any of them into one carton — there is no per-SKU minimum inside a mixed order.

Silicone or Carbon Steel — What to Stock

Most first orders from African and Middle East distributors mix both. This is how the two lines differ on the points that decide a carton.

Decision point Silicone Carbon steel
MOQ per SKU 1 piece 50 pieces
Non-stick Inherent — no coating to chip or flake PFAS-free, Pb-free applied coating
Freight Light, moulds nest — more units per CBM Heavier per unit
Transit damage Flexible, does not dent Dents and coating scratches possible
Shelf position Impulse and gift shelf Core kitchenware shelf
Custom colour From 500 pcs per Pantone Coating colour, quoted per run
Custom shape New mould, one-time tooling fee New die, higher tooling cost

Full carbon steel range on the carbon steel bakeware page. Bundling both lines into one carton is the usual play — see the 30–66 piece wholesale sets or the low-MOQ startup route.
