1. Who we are

This website (shansenbakeware.com) is operated by Shansen Bakeware, a brand of Ningbo Kitchenware Co., Ltd. We manufacture bakeware at our Yongkang factory (Zhejiang, China) and keep a showroom at Shop 16111–16112, 3rd Floor, West Middle Street, Gate 21, District 2(F), Yiwu International Trade Market, Yiwu, Zhejiang 322000, China. We are the controller of the data described below.

2. What we collect

You give us: the name, business email, company name, product of interest, estimated quantity and message you type into an inquiry form on this site. All of it is business contact information — please do not send us sensitive personal data.

Collected automatically: your IP address (used to derive an approximate city/country so we can route your inquiry to the right salesperson), the page you landed on, the page that referred you, and — if you arrived through an advertisement — the advertising click identifier in the URL (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) plus any utm_* campaign tags.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your quotation or sourcing request and to follow up on it by email or WhatsApp.
• To understand which pages, campaigns and countries produce genuine buyer inquiries, so we spend our marketing budget on the ones that do.
• To keep the website secure and to detect abuse of the form.

Where the GDPR applies to you, our legal basis is your consent (for analytics and advertising cookies), the steps taken at your request before entering a contract (for handling your inquiry), and our legitimate interest in running and measuring our business.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and record events such as pages viewed, clicks on our WhatsApp / email links, and successful form submissions.

When you submit an inquiry we may pass a hashed version of your email address to Google Ads (a feature Google calls "enhanced conversions for leads") so that a sale can be attributed to the advertisement that produced it. Your email address is hashed in your browser before it is sent; Google does not receive it in readable form from this page. You can block all of this by refusing cookies in your browser, by using an ad blocker, or via Google's own opt-outs at adssettings.google.com and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

5. Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It reaches these service providers only so that this website can work:

• Google — analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
• Lark / Feishu — a new inquiry is pushed to our internal sales group chat so it gets answered the same day.
• ip-api.com — receives your IP address to return an approximate city and country.
• Hostinger — hosts this website and its database, and delivers our notification email.

Our company and our sales team are located in China, so an inquiry you send us is transferred to and stored in China.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and for up to 24 months after the last contact if it does not develop into one. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings. Ask us to delete your record earlier and we will.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to sales@shansenbakeware.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business wholesale website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
