Shansen Bakeware presses its own carbon steel bakeware at its Yongkang plant in Zhejiang, China — springform tins, loose-base cake tins, loaf pans, muffin trays and pizza pans in 0.2 to 0.35 mm gauge, with PFAS-free and Pb-free non-stick tested to FDA 21 CFR 175.300 (SGS). MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU, or 500 for OEM sizes and private-label packaging. Every size, gauge and carton quantity is published per SKU.

MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU. You can mix several carbon steel SKUs, and silicone SKUs, into a single carton. OEM sizes and private-label packaging start at 500 pieces.
What steel gauge do you use? expand_more
Between 0.2 mm and 0.35 mm depending on the item — 0.2 mm on the 18 cm springform tin, 0.3 mm on the springform set and loose-base tin, and 0.35 mm on the hard-anodised pizza pan. The gauge is published on each product page.
Is the non-stick coating PFAS-free? expand_more
Yes. Our non-stick coating is PFAS-free and Pb-free, and was tested to FDA 21 CFR 175.300 for non-stick coatings by SGS in 2020. Test reports are provided on request.
Can you supply pans uncoated? expand_more
Yes. We can ship bare carbon steel for buyers who apply their own coating, as well as standard non-stick and hard-anodised finishes.
Can you stamp our logo into the pan? expand_more
Yes. Logo stamping starts at 50 pieces. Printed sleeves and colour boxes are available from 100 sets.

Yes. We tool a new die from your drawing or a physical sample. Custom tooling carries a one-time die cost and a higher run MOQ; we quote per design.

The pans are oven safe, and hand washing is recommended to protect the coating over the life of the pan.
